Floyd Emergency Medical Services, in conjunction with the Floyd Emergency Care Center team, teaches a safety program to every third grader in the city and county school systems.

The program focuses on seat belt safety, but the long-term lesson is that Floyd is there to help them when they need it.

And Floyd Emergency Medical Services is a staple at school career days. Floyd Emergency Medical Services also spear headed and lead a co-ed recreation softball team to contribute and participate in the 14th annual Cops for Kids charity tournament, which raises funds for disabled children and Georgia Special Olympics.
