Physician Portal Registration

Physicians and staff with a need to see patient information can gain access to the Physician Portal by becoming a registered user.

Once you are a registered user you may access the Physician Portal from any computer with Internet access.

How to Become a Registered User:

  1. Complete the Confidentiality Agreement
    and fax to Information Technology at 706.509.4524.
  2. In three-five working days you will receive your username, password and a portal reference guide with brief explainations on using the Physician Portal.
  3. Once you have your username and password, you may access the Physician Portal two ways.
    • Visit www.floyd.org and click on Doclink in the upper right corner.
    • Type www.floyd.org/doclink into the address bar and click Access Physician Portal button.
    • Visit Green Link and click Physician Portal in the lower left corner.
