Physicians with a need to access patient information through MCR will need to become a registered user and have their PDA set up by the Information Technology department with the appropriate software.

Once a registered user, you may access patient information through wireless network, downloads from local area network or use McKesson's universal infrared synchronization stations.

How to Become a Registered User:

1. Complete the Confidentiality Agreement, the
   Service Agreement and fax to the Information Technology department at 706.509.4524.
   
   
2. Call the Information Technology department at 706.509.5700 to schedule MCR software installation. Software details are in the
   service agreement.
   
   • Installation is provided on a scheduled basis within 24 hours of request.
   • PDAs will be picked up by the Information Technology department staff while you are on campus.
   • Your PDA will be returned in one hour.
   • Installation procedure includes 30 minutes
     of training.
