Go West on U.S. 27 / Turner McCall Boulevard.
Continue to follow GA-20 for .8 mile.
Floyd Medical Arts Center is on the right.

Floyd Family Medicine Residency Program
Turn into Floyd Medical Arts Center parking area and park in the front parking lot.
Enter the clinic through the doors on the left of the building.

Floyd Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Enter the building from the rear parking lot.
Continue past Floyd Medical Arts Center to enter the rear parking lot. Outpatient Rehabilitation services are located just inside the glass doors to the far left of the building.
